for estimating or on file for later jobs / BOD swaps.
Same estimating-grade layout either way — helps engineers build the budget before buyout.
On-site as-found capture when available; plan upload for alternate / fit drawings is available now on
/layout/.
FREE for Upstate NY — James’s territory
(NYS outside NYC: Rochester · Buffalo · Syracuse and the rest of upstate).
Outside territory: flight, hotel, food, and per diem
quoted per trip (case-by-case by location). Honest cost recovery — no published fee schedule.
