    Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and the rest of Upstate NY (outside NYC). We bring lunch and walk through the topic with your team.

  • Microsoft Teams

    Online, same content

    Good for split offices or remote staff. We send the Teams invite once the date is set.

  • Your projects

    Tilted to what’s on your board

    Campus, healthcare, K-12, or a specific job. Tell us in the request and we’ll shape the session around it.

Hands-on training is also available at our MRS Training Center in Harmony, PA.

Send the form and James will follow up, usually within one business day, to lock a date, the format, and the topic. There’s no public session calendar; dates are set with you.

The request goes straight to James and inside sales. You get a request number on screen, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you enter. If the form can’t reach our server, your mail app opens with the request filled in as a backup.
